They were quick to give me a quote, they were the lowest price of anyone I received a quote from, and they were able to get out to do my house faster than anyone else, as everyone else seemed too busy from the hail storm last year. Great experience with Norcal. They were extremely easy to work with, had a competitive price and did a great job. Our roof looks really great!! All the guys were super nice and never seamed bothered by questions. We have a large roof so it took about a week to complete and Jay checked in with me every day to make sure I knew were they were at and that I was satisfied. They left the house clean and were always professional. I could tell they really wanted to make sure I was completely Happy. Could not recommend them more. Hopefully they are around in 25-30 years when I need to do this again :)

They came out to replace our roof. Jay was very personable and honest. He told us that the reason we were having issues was that the original roofers didnt put any venting, so he added in ridge vents and cleaned up some dry rot when he replaced the roof. They were on time every time and even came back to fix a skylight that was having issues.

We really liked working with NorCal Roofing. When our roof got damaged in the big hail storm, we called a few places. Some didn't even call us back. When others came out, the acted like they were doing us a favor. I really liked NorCal right from the very begining. They called back right away and came over really quick. It was clear that they wanted to work with us and I felt like their price was super reasonable. Even better, they're timeline wasn't a year out. They even gave us a few shingle options to help determine the best price. We did have a couple of unforeseen issues with the roof during tearoff, so they informed us and rhey were really fair about the costs to fix it. They even came back by to check on a few things, just to make sure it was all perfect. Overall, it was a great experience. For something as expensive as a new roof, a great experience is what you want.

They even had to come back late in the evening when it started raining to tarp a section that was not complete. The work was done quickly, under budget, and they left a clean job site.
